Yuma Regional Medical Center has one and two bedroom apartments to accommodate your seasonal housing needs. Sonora Sunset, YRMC's employee housing community, is located just 1 3/4 mile west of the hospital.
- Shared housing is provided to seasonal employees that share a two bedroom, two bath apartment. Utilities, local phone service and basic cable are included. Each unit includes a washer and dryer, basic furniture, large kitchen appliances, and microwave.
- A seasonal employee has the option of selecting individual housing. The breakdown is as follows:
One bedroom apt. = $225.00
Two bedroom apt. = $350.00

Deposits
- 1 & 2 bedroom - $200 ($100 refundable if no damage)
The $100 that is kept is for cleaning, maintenance and upgrade.
- 3 Bedroom - $300 ($150 refundable if no damage)
The $150 that is kept is for cleaning, maintenance and upgrade.
- Pet Deposit - Additional $200 required ($100 is refundable if no damage)
The $100 that is kept is for cleaning and maintenance.
Pets require more time cleaning because of pet hair and odors. Carpets are cleaned, pet deoderizers applied and usually spot removal is required.
- Friends and family are only allowed in those apartments where the seasonal employee is renting individual housing.
- Pets are only allowed in apartments where the seasonal employee is in individual housing. Limit 2 pets. No dangerous breeds allowed per Manager's judgment, such as: chows, pit bulls, rottweilers, doberman pincers, wolf breeds or any breed with aggressive behavior.
- Housing will be available up to 5 days prior to the assignment start date. Tenant must vacate within 48 hours of assignment end date.
- It is your responsibility to maintain the good condition of your apartment.
- A $500.00 housing allowance will be provided if a seasonal employee opts to find their own housing.
- Must bring linens/Kitchenware/TV.
